Milsim Labs: 40mm Tracer Ammo.

We just received an e-mail from MilSim Labs announcing a new line of glow in the dark tracer ammo for 40mm grenade launchers.  MilSim Labs is known for producing all sorts of foam replica weaponry from 40mm projectiles, to knives to shovels and soon you will be able to purchase tracer slugs for your M203s and other launchers to fire at your friends at night.  It sounds like these will even glow for long enough to be found and retrieved during night games.

“We are launching a new line of glow in the dark foam products. Coming mid December we will be releasing 40mm foam slugs in glow foam.  They are made with a new generation glow formula, not the mix commonly used in tracer BBs and most glow in the dark toys.  Charge for 5 min and it will glow for hours instead of minutes!!!!” -Seth C, MilSim Labs

Evike Preorders: Beware!

Recently… Oh wait.

10 Months or so Ago, Evike came out with a revolutionary pre-release, that I pre-ordered to review for Chairsoft Press.  Just a week ago, I finally got my money back, with little in the way of explanation from the retailer as to why the gun never showed up.

The short story is: beware pre-ordering from Evike.  You may become part of their banking arrangements as your money sits in limbo.

Review: VFC M4ES-200R (E-Series M16A3)

It really is easier to write these reviews at odd hours.  It’s 5am now.  Guess what I spent a good portion of my night doing?  In any case, my review of the VFC M4ES-2004 (E-Series M16A4) is complete.  You should read it if you’re in the market for any type of AR, or if even if you’re just bored and want to see some pretty pictures.

Are you a Bad Enough Dude to Write for Chairsoft Press?

We’d love to find some other airsofters who enjoy being as awesome, evidenced by writing, especially about their gear and guns.

What do we want?

  • Gun Reviews
  • Beginner Articles
  • Commentary Pieces
  • Anything Airsoft that you can write down on a sheet of paper.

Extra points for writing that manages to make us laugh.   Being able to keep an objective point of view on review subjects is key (if something is great because you own it, you’re probably too great for even us to handle…)

Now’s your chance to get your reviews published on a growing site that garners several thousand hits a week.  We’re also looking for someone who can post news stories as they come in.  We will provide training on how to post to any interested players.
