You’ve all been waiting for my Well G55 (MP5k GBB) to fail, and as promised, the first failure has occurred, been detailed on the review, and repaired! Click the picture to check out the review, and scroll down to the DURABILITY ALERT! segment.
KSC announced recently that they will be releasing a new high precision rifle lineup, featuring either spring or gas internals, and polished aluminum stocks in either standard or two-tone finishes.
From KSC’s website, in google translated english;
“KSC rollout of the impact this summer challenge the pinnacle of ultra-precision rifle precision shooting! ? ! Skeleton thoroughly to reduce the vibrations of launch. Trim adjustment for stock and three-dimensional freedom. Outer shell to emit an aura of precision from the show are all made of aluminum. It was the crystallization of ultra-precision parts produced using a spark erosion machines. Color is a natural setting with a silver aluminum dual. Since the production of minorities who are interested should try to check the shop out.”
Release models look to include 4 Rifles, two each of the spring and gas configurations; one in two-tone and one in polished aluminum.
Prices are listed on their website as follows:
- AR 2000 (Silver Spring) 120,540 Yen ($1,320.80 USD)
- AR 2000 (Two Tone Spring) 125,790 Yen ($1,359.54 USD)
- GR 1000 (Silver Gas) 115,290 Yen ($1,246.06 USD)
- GR 1000 (Two Tone Gas) 119,490 Yen ($1,291.45 USD)

These appear to be APS-2 style rifles simply pre-kitted to the max. The picture of the trigger box shows a zero trigger, and I’m sure a host of very nice upgraded sear parts (at least one can hope, considering the painful pricetag.) It would be very interesting to see how these stack up against a regular home-upgraded APS-2 rifle, or even some of the well copies that have been released to see if the price tag is justified.
