Redwolf has the new System 7 version of the M93R from KSC. It appears that the extended mag has been re-designed and that the grips are now black rather that the fake burlwood featured on the original. We should see many more of these System 7 re-releases by KSC in the future as they switch the rest of their model line to their new technology.
The guys over on the ArniesAirsoft boards dug up a video recently showing off all of the newest stuff comming from the folks at Daytonagun. In it, we see GBB AKs with realistic full length bolts/gas pistons, GBB Armalites, a drop in GBB conversion for your support weapon (all makes shown), and a soon to come FN FNC and FAL in blowback. Enough of me, see for yourself!
Great looking stuff. Daytonagun replicas are generally handcrafted and quite expensive, but they are extremely good looking!
Redwolf in partnership with Socom Gear have placed a Barrett M107 AEG available for Preorder, check out the info below;
Socom Gear Barrett M82 (M107) (PRE-ORDER)
The Barrett M82, also known as the M107, is making a 1:1 scale, fully-licensed,
airsoft debut courtesy of Socom Gear. It will not disappoint, with the external parts being made out of the same ones that can be found on the real steel. Not only will it feel real, it will also look great with the licensing from Barrett, giving it beautifully accurate details. Weighing at over 10Kg (exact weight to be published by Socom Gear shortly), it comes with a 650mm Madbull barrel for high accuracy and power. The M82 series road map (in chronological order):
1. M82A1
2. M82A1A
3. M82A1M
4. M82A3
5. XM107
6. M107
7. M107A1 (latest version)
This Socom Gear is the latest M107 version with Barrett full license. The real one weighs in at a hefty 12.9kg (empty) and this AEG version comes in slightly lighter, although still a heavyweight nonetheless with a total weight of 10kg (just the gun itself). Optional accessories will also be available over time, including bipod, buttstock mono-pod, and shot external barrel.
The first batch will be a strictly limited run and is expected to ship with a Socom Gear rifle bag. More pics and information to follow. The photos below are of the pre-production model and are provided by SOCOM GEAR.
This may be the first reasonably affordable Barrett to hit the market, at only $750.00US. Have a look at the product page for more!
A week or so back, we posted about a new kit in the works from Hexagon Productions to make your version 3 gearbox into a Galil ARM. HP announced recently that its Galil kit is no longer under development;
******Due to License issue, our Galil products is removed from our list permanently.******24/2/09
On a more positive note however, they have announced a new line of precision BB’s;
Thats a shame about the Galil, it was a fantastic looking kit. For more info, see HP’s Website!
