Show Notes:
News
- News Abounds! This week we have a ton of good news to catch up on starting with a new VFC M4 for under $300 US! Kitty from WGC shop tells us that they have them ready for pre-order now.
- Daytona Gun is working hard on a new gas blowback AEG that looks very promising. It runs off Compressed air or Nitrogen and kicks like a mule! Check out the info and video here.
- Jonathan busts out his chrono, pocket protector, and slide-rule to review the all new KWA System 7 Beretta 93R GBB with 3 round burst. Check out all the numbers of how it performed over at Chris’ site.
Listener Segment
In the listener segment we answer your email and share Madkows’ Listener Loadout of the show. This week he’s brought us Superhobo’s ACU/PCU look from the ASB forums.
Tech Tip of the Week
Tim brings us the tech tip of the week, and he blinds us with science…or should I say numbers. He covers the art of paring BB weight with the appropriate FPS for your gun, and I think we leave more confused than when we started.
Chairsoft Press even catches a shoutout at the beginning of the show! Thanks again for mentioning us, we’re still blushing. Go check out the podcast here!
KWA has just posted their 2009 Product Catalog which details quite a few new models. New to the lineup are several HK USP models, a full metal CZ75, gas blowback MP7 and an update to their M11. All of these new GBBs utilize KWA’s new NS2 mechanics (know as System 7 for KSC guns). You may also notice that the USP features trademarks that look similar to those on the real steel; ‘KWA’ replaces ‘HK’ and the model designation is preceded by a ‘K’. KWA is even releasing updated version of their M4 AEGs, and an all new AK47.
A look through Sanken today offered some interesting finds, mostly for the pistol customizers here.
Freedom Art is releasing a compensator set for the Hicapa 4.3, and Laylax has chimed in with multiple color offerings of Scope mounts, magwells, thumbrests, and a grip safety cancel. All very interesting stuff for the Hicapa tinkering crowd. Head over to sanken to get a sneak peek at some new products.
Russian Mania Workshop have posted images of a new RPG-7 project they’re currently working on. Have a look below;
Dear Comrades,
