I’ve just completed my review of Well’s R2 Scorpion. It’s a fun little AEP, and far more impressive that I thought a sub-hundred dollar gun could be. Check it out when you get a chance.

Some interesting news has come to light recently; A&K is working on PTW Clones. First models appear to be M4 and MP5. Have a look;
It is cool to see more clone models coming out of A&K, especially when real systema PTWs cost well over $1000. Details aside from the pictures are relatively sparse, but look for more in the future!

Details have surfaced over on the Arnies Airsoft boards regarding prototype photos of a rumored A&K SVD on the horizon;
Details are still limited, but looks to be a copy of the AtoZ/Kingarms SVD released a few years ago. I had one of those KA/Atoz SVDs, and if A&K has done well, then this will be a great rifle. Check out the thread at Arnies for more!

The guys over at P3 (Pipers Precision Products) have come up with a new gas powered minigun. Whereas their previous minigun was a replica of the M134, this is an all new design with a sci-fi feel to it. This one sports three rotating barrels and a wire mesh hopper. Sounds like it has excellent performance, but at 19lbs, it won’t be easy to lug around the field.

Maruzen looks to have released a new subset of their popular CA870 line; A shell ejecting version.
Definitely interesting to see the new wave of shell ejecting weapons hit the public. One small niggle I have is with the pictured round however, which looks like a pistol round, not a shotgun shell. Oh well, nothing can be perfect!

Marushin announced the release of an upcomming 6mm GBB shell ejecting Kimber, have a look;
It seems they are springboarding off the relative success of their recently released Glock 21. For more info, check out Marushin’s Webpage!
